Account use
These Terms & Conditions apply when you register for, access or use the Siti Hajja member portal. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and must keep your login ID, PIN and account access secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
Accurate information
You are responsible for keeping submitted customer and farm details accurate. We may suspend access where information is fraudulent, unlawful or materially misleading.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the portal, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content or use the portal for fraud. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, the company or the service.
Availability and changes
The portal and its features may be updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the portal or your registered contact details and will apply from the stated effective date.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SITI HAJJA TRADING SDN. BHD. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by unavailable service, inaccurate information supplied by a user or events outside the company's reasonable control.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions, complaints or requests concerning the portal should be directed to SITI HAJJA TRADING SDN. BHD. through the company's official contact channel.

Acceptance confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Registration acceptance is recorded with your member account; the confirmation below is saved on this device for this version of the terms.
